BEAUTY-RECIPE FOR MATURE SKIN: BERRIES CHIA BOWL

INGREDIENTS FOR A PORTION:

  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 small cup yoghurt (170g)
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • 1 handful of blackberries
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated coconut
  • 1/2 TL bee pollen
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Water

PREPARATION:

Mix Chia seeds with 120ml water and stir evenly. Put the mixture aside for about 8 minutes until the water is completely absorbed by the swelling seeds and a Chia Gel forms.

Meanwhile, place the berries in a small pot with 3 tablespoons of water. Simmer at medium heat until the berries are soft and the liquid thickens slightly. Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the honey.

Now add the yoghurt to the Chia Gel and mix. Sprinkle with the berries sauce, grated coconut, bee pollen and cinnamon.

Enjoy immediately.

BEAUTY-RECIPE FOR DRY, SENSITIVE SKIN:

WARM BLUEBERRY OAT BOWL

INGREDIENTS FOR A PORTION:

  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 20g oat flakes
  • 120ml water
  • 180ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Walnuts and almonds for garnishing

PREPARATION:

Put coconut oil and oat flakes in a small pot. Roast on low heat for 1 minute, add water and simmer for 4 minutes. As soon as the oat flakes thicken slightly, stir in half of the almond milk. Bring to the boil briefly and then simmer for another 5 minutes on reduced heat. Now stir in the almond butter. Add the blueberries and the rest of the almond milk.

As soon as the pulp has reached the desired consistency, add cinnamon and honey and mix. Arrange in a bowl and sprinkle with nuts.

BEAUTY RECIPE FOR IMPURE SKIN

MATCHA-LATTE

INGREDIENTS FOR A PORTION:

  • 1 tsp Matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • 240ml Almond or rice milk
  • Honey or agave syrup

PREPARATION:

Pour Matcha powder into a small bowl and mix with hot water until all the lumps dissolve. It is best to use a Matcha broom or fork. Pour the liquid into a tall glass or cup. Heat milk, froth up and add to Matcha. Sweeten with honey or agave syrup to taste.
